A custom micro-influencer management platform that turned niche creators into powerful brand advocates for Qualcomm's Snapdragon product line.

Qualcomm needed to break through the noise in an oversaturated mobile chipset market. Traditional advertising wasn't reaching the developer and enthusiast audiences who influence purchasing decisions. They lacked the tools to identify, vet, and manage authentic micro-influencers at scale, and existing influencer platforms prioritized follower count over genuine technical credibility.

Signet Science designed and built a bespoke influencer management platform from the ground up. We created a vetting algorithm that weighted technical knowledge and audience engagement over raw follower count. The platform streamlined creator onboarding, content briefing, and performance tracking into a single dashboard, giving Qualcomm's marketing team real-time visibility into campaign impact across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.

The platform activated 200+ micro-influencers in its first year, generating over 12 million organic impressions for Snapdragon products. Average engagement rates hit 7.4%, more than 3x the industry benchmark. Qualcomm reported a 34% increase in brand consideration among mobile developer audiences, and the platform continues to scale across new product launches.
